Mane is is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to oversee the successful completion of a cable installation package on a large-scale development with an expected duration of two years. This role is ideal for a strong leader with the expertise to ensure the project is executed and delivered to the highest standards.

Our client delivers mission-critical projects across Europe and beyond, serving industries such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, renewables, power generation, and critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery - Oversee and ensure the successful execution of MV/LV cable installation packages to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership - Delegate responsibilities to crew members, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • On-Site Supervision - Manage cable pulling operations and route setup under tight deadlines.
  • Compliance & Safety - Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations, workplace practices, and operating procedures.
  • Performance & Conflict Management - Address any on-site issues, ensuring positive resolutions and maintaining high-performance standards.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting - Track project progress, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Staff Development - Engage, train, upskill, and mentor employees to foster a high-performing team.
  • Quality Assurance - Oversee and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing site teams.
  • Experience in data centre projects is desirable but not essential.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English (C2 level minimum).
  • Must have permission to work and reside in the UK without restrictions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High awareness of Health & Safety regulations with strict compliance.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to take on various responsibilities.
