Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Project Type: Hyperscale Data Centre
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale electrical systems projects, particularly in data centre construction.
Eligibility: Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland.

Key Requirements:
Education: Relevant Electrical Qualification essential (e.g., Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering).
Experience:
Previous experience in Project Management.
Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects.
Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
Experienced in design and build projects.
Good technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction Phase:
Manage the Electrical Systems package from inception to completion.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, consulting Engineer, and Client to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring alignment with client and engineering requirements.
Construction Phase:
Manage all day-to-day site operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed closely.
Oversee sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedules and manpower levels.
Manage site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor, including the setup, management, and closing out of the safety file.
Drive a focused Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) culture within the team.
Manage all costs associated with the Electrical package, including:
Winthrop Engineering & Contracting Electrical Team.
Sub-contractors.
Material deliveries and goods receipting.
Plant and Equipment.
Variations and Valuations.
Manage the "In Progress" snagging system, ensuring supervisors return weekly punch lists and distribute snags to sub-contractors.
Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking.
Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Coordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings.
Issue weekly cost reports, including orders placed, materials expected, and labour levels.
Issue internal and external weekly progress reports, highlighting progress, risks, delays, and percentage complete.
Schedule and track material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule.
Maintain a weekly project photographic diary.Post-Construction Phase:
Support close-out functions, including finalising safety files, snagging, and handover documentation.
Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the client.
