Electrical Package Manager

Frankfurt, Germany

Must hold EU passport or Permit/Residency for Germany

Data Center, Pharmaceutical or Semi Conductor Experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Electrical Systems package, including daily site operations and coordination with other teams.
• Oversee site safety with the project team, including setup, management, and closure of the safety file.
• Manage site QA for the electrical package, including setup, file management, and review.
• Coordinate project schedules with the project manager, consulting engineers, and client.
• Handle costs related to the electrical package, including team, subcontractors, materials, equipment, variations, and valuations.
• Oversee subcontractor activities, tracking progress, manpower, and holding weekly meetings.
• Manage the snagging system, ensuring weekly punch lists and distribution to subcontractors.
• Submit direct and subcontractor labour hours for central tracking.
• Attend site, project, engineering, coordination, and handover meetings.
• Oversee the closeout of project items, including final accounts, manuals, punch lists, safety file, QA file, and material relocations.
• Issue weekly internal and external progress reports, highlighting completion percentages and risks.
• Schedule and track material deliveries to align with the project timeline.
• Maintain a weekly project photographic diary.
