Electrical Integration Manager

Project Location: Sandviken, Sweden

Experience working in Data Center, Pharmaceutical & Semi-Conductor will be advantageous

Must hold an EU Passport or Residency in Sweden

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and report on planning and execution of integration requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for scope management and deliverables.
• Document and manage construction phasing deliverables across systems, CSA, and MEP.
• Provide bi-weekly progress updates through design, procurement, execution, and handover phases.
• Develop and implement an Integration Execution Plan.
• Chair internal meetings with teams and clients.
• Oversee telecom material procurement compliance.
• Coordinate snagging and handover with the client.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and facilitate installation and site onboarding processes.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Telecommunications Design/Installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of High density fibre cable installation and termination, Cat6 cabling and patching, Rack and cable containment installations, AV Cabling, Alarm and environmental cabling and connections. BoM tracking and management, Design Change management process. Security and Access control instillation process and requirements. Knowledge of Datacentre Security restrictions and requirements.
