Electrical Fitters required for a manufacturing company based in Stoke-On-Trent.
As an Electrical Fitter, you will be required to do wiring and fitting work on various types of vehicles and equipment. You must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and instructions.
Key Skills:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Point to point wiring, cable crimping, terminating and looming work.
- Previous experience of working on vehicles will be an added advantage.
- General fitting work, marking out, drilling, tapping
- Must be competent in using various hand tools as well as power tools
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of radiation detection array boxes and associated electrical housings
- Full assembly of Diode array boards
- Sub assembly of beacon boxes, moving plates and lighting junction boxes
- Wiring to ISO9001 electrical drawings and cable schedules
