Project Location: Paris, France

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor

Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the construction team to prepare method statements and risk assessments for production activities.
  • Develop reports and front-end studies, including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.
  • Prepare technical and contract documentation for distribution and analyse returned tenders.
  • Maintain and update the delivery schedule to manage and control deliveries.
  • Use the Request for Information (RFI) system to seek clarification on queries with the design team.
  • Monitor progress against the project programme and issue progress reports.
  • Create look-ahead programmes to assist with production planning.
  • Conduct quality control through inspections and snagging processes.

Qualification

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with data centre projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with some or all of the following systems: security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment.
