Job Title: Design Manager
Location: Hybrid / London
Type: Permanent - Salary Circa £75K
Mane are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to co-ordinate a large offshores joint venture project.
As Design Manager you will be responsible for ensuring design deliverables are clearly identified, understood, managed and tracked during the design and project execution phase
As Design Manager you will be responsible for;
- Work collaboratively with the engineering and design teams to ensure that the portfolio of projects are delivered fit for purpose, on time, budget and specification to the highest quality and safety standards
- Manage Subcontractor design packages and technical approvals
- Responsible for project schedule and cost monitoring, reviewing, and reporting as well as leading the design interface
- Ensuring compliance with the CDM 2015 requirements, for both internal and external designers
As Design Manager the below requirements are essential
- Knowledge of design delivery processes gained through successful experience of design and design co-ordination role for projects or designer responsibility
- Previous large project delivery on EPC, Offshore or Renewables project experience
