Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Project Type: Hyperscale Data Centre
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) projects, particularly in data centre construction.
Eligibility: Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field (essential).
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the CSA industry.
Project Management Skills:
Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
Proven track record in effectively managing teams.
Industry Experience: Experience in the delivery of large-scale CSA projects, particularly in data centre construction, is highly desirable.
Leadership: Ability to manage a team ofCSA personnel.Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction Phase:
Manage the coordination of Civil work packages.
Review drawings and setting-out details.
Collaborate with the Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors, and consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
Construction Phase:
Manage all day-to-day site operations.
Oversee sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedules and manpower levels.
Conduct sub-contractor meetings and attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, and planning/coordination meetings.
Manage site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, management, and close-out.
Manage site QA in conjunction with the Projects team.
Support the tracking of project costs with the assistance of the project QS's.
Ensure proper change management (cost and programme).
Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snags.
Post-Construction Phase:
Support close-out functions, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA Files, Material and Plant relocations, and Project Plan.
Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are captured and processed.
Attend handover meetings and ensure a smooth transition to the client.
