CSA QAQC Engineer

Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Project Type: Hyper scale Data centre
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
Eligibility: Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Education: BS in Construction Management or Engineering (essential).
• 
  Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a similar role within a construction environment.
• 
  Industry Experience: Experience in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects is highly desirable.
• 
  Skills:
• 
  Good knowledge of installation and commissioning processes.
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational/planning skills.
• 
  Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.
• 
  Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Control:

• 
  Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify the implementation of quality control measures.
• 
  Ensure the company's quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site.
• 
  Generate project-specific quality plans as per requirements.
• 
  Review and ensure subcontractor's quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable, and aligned with company policies.

Client and Team Liaison:

• 
  Liaise with the client's quality assurance and control representatives to resolve potential quality issues.
• 
  Provide necessary guidance and input to on-site staff to improve processes and attain project feasibility.

Project Support:

• 
  Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the project life cycle.
• 
  Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality performance.
• 
  Maintain detailed records of quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
