CSA Package Manager

Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in roofing, cladding, or large-scale CSA projects.
Eligibility: Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field (essential).
• 
  Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) industry.
• 
  Specialization: Strong background in managing roofing and/or cladding packages (essential).
• 
  Project Management Skills:
• 
  Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while attending to detailed technicalities.
• 
  Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
• 
  Proven track record in effectively managing teams.
• 
  Industry Experience: Experience in the delivery of large-scaleMEP projects is highly desirable.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Pre-Construction Phase:

  • 
    Review project scope and develop detailed plans for roofing and cladding packages.
  • 
    Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
  • 
    Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
  • 
    Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

  Construction Phase:

  • 
    Oversee the execution of roofing and cladding packages, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • 
    Manage and coordinate teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • 
    Monitor progress against schedules and address any delays or issues promptly.
  • 
    Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.

  Post-Construction Phase:

  • 
    Conduct final inspections and ensure all work meets project specifications.
  • 
    Coordinate with the commissioning team to address any snags or issues.
  • 
    Prepare and hand over project documentation, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.
