Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Semi-Conductor is preferable.
Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements of the hyper scale project.
- Manage a project team of 50+ personnel, including discipline leads, package managers, design managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Lead the management of 20+ subcontractors, with a combined package value exceeding €200m.
- Support the team in managing the contractor's design elements, ensuring all relevant approvals are in place ahead of on-site construction.
- Ensure adherence to BIM processes by subcontractors executing works under supervision.
- Manage, track, and develop plans for project costs, budgets, labor, commissioning procedures, and project performance.
- Oversee CSA activities, ensuring best practices in meeting and reporting documentation from project initiation.
- Maintain continuous engagement with key project stakeholders, including clients and design teams, to ensure project performance.
- Monitor and manage client satisfaction throughout the project, particularly concerning cost, scope, and timelines.
- Proactively track and enforce health and safety procedures, fostering a strong culture of safety and compliance.
- Ensure quality targets are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report directly to the Project Director, providing regular updates on project performance and risks.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior project management role overseeing projects valued at €50m or more.
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept to handover.
- Prior experience in a similar role, managing CSA elements within a contracting environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Data Centre experience is advantageous but not required.
- Experience in the successful delivery of large-scale projects is essential.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail while maintaining a strategic outlook.
- A proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Strong leadership abilities, including delegation, workload prioritization, and running effective meetings while setting a high standard for others.
