Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Semi-Conductor is preferable.
Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland .

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control is maintained throughout all completed works.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to verify that finished works meet required standards and approved benchmarks.
- Coordinate with QA managers to ensure correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner by contractors.
- Monitor subcontractor progress and track work against the schedule, conducting regular meetings with subcontractors.
- Manage site documentation, including RFIs, technical submissions, trackers, weekly and monthly reports, vendor meetings, and all documentation relevant to the project scope.
- Attend and actively participate in site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning, coordination, and lookahead meetings, as well as handover meetings.
- Review design team drawings and resolve any issues effectively.
- Actively monitor and snag contractor works, ensuring installations meet approved designs and the highest quality standards to prevent defects.
- Raise snag lists based on the approved platform and issue to contractors with follow-up walks and close-out reports in a timely manner, in line with the approved QMS.
- Oversee subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedules and manpower levels.
- Ensure contractors protect finished works and prevent damage, with inspections conducted at all times.
- Coordinate works to ensure all trades have adequate time, materials, and resources to complete tasks per the project schedule.
- Promote health and safety standards, ensuring proper housekeeping and material storage.
- Actively participate in issuing daily SPA's and permits, ensuring compliance with MSRA/RAMS.
- Participate in daily DAB and Whiteboard meetings, ensuring subcontractors are informed of ongoing and upcoming works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on large-scale projects.
- Experience in fast-track, high-output projects.
- Previous data centre experience is advantageous.
