Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Semi-Conductor is preferable.
Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland .

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
- Lead and support the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) in delivering CSA scope on a fast-track, technical project.
- Oversee CSA site activities in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Team.
- Promote a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards within the team.
- Plan and coordinate procurement, design, engineering, and installation aspects of all CSA works.
- Develop project delivery strategies and assist the commercial team in preparing 'Scope of Work' documents and subcontractor packages.
- Review client designs, identify discrepancies, and lead resolution efforts while protecting the company's commercial and contractual position.
- Develop and implement a detailed site plan for Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) to ensure compliance.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring proper management of contractors with a focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Manage the project schedule alongside the Planning, Project, and Commercial teams.
- Liaise with the design team and project management team to ensure information flow aligns with construction priorities.
- Monitor and track subcontractor progress, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
- Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and supply chain members.
- Maintain and update subcontractor documentation for future reference.
- Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, coordination meetings, and handovers.
- Oversee project close-out, ensuring completion of punch lists, QA/QC documentation, and final safety files.
- Resolve design and site challenges efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Issue daily and weekly reports to the project team.
- Participate in commercial meetings to assess variations and manage client change requests.
- Review drawings and oversee setting-out procedures.
- Ensure 'builders' works' for MEP services are coordinated and incorporated effectively.
Qualifications:
- Degree or trade qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of CSA construction experience.
- Strong background in planning and executing CSA work packages.
- Ability to oversee an entire project while managing all technical aspects.
- Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing, including 4-week and 12-week lookahead schedules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in delivering large-scale construction projects.
