Composites Trimmer for F1 Team

Responsibilities:
- Complete the assigned work program with precision and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to the department's high production standards.
- Utilize process materials and tools correctly to ensure top-quality output.
- Follow specifications and drawings meticulously for part production.
- Produce components that align perfectly with drawings and production specifications.
Deliverables:
- Enhance the supply status of parts.
- Complete daily assigned tasks within set deadlines.
- Manage tooling and available tools effectively.
- Employ the most suitable techniques and materials for part production.
- Manage daily work effectively, reporting to the Group Leader and Team Leader.
Experience Required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth expertise in the use of cutting and drilling tools for carbon fiber (grinders, drills, pen mills, etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of composite material production processes, especially trimming and bonding phases.
- Proficiency in using abrasive pastes and silicones.
- Ability to install commercial inserts such as keenserts, olives, rivets, rivnuts, and helicoils on carbon fiber parts.
- Competence in reading 2D drawings.
- Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, comparators).
