Composite Trimmer

Purpose of the role:

Finishing carbon fiber Formula 1 car parts through trimming and bonding, adhering to the high-quality standards required and following the specifications on the drawings.

Responsibilities:

* Completing the assigned work program.

* Adhering to the department's production standards.

* Correct use of process materials and tools.

* Proper use of equipment, specifications, and drawings for part production.

* Producing components that match the drawings and production specifications

Deliverables:

* Improvement in the supply status of parts.

* Completion of daily assigned tasks.

* Proper management of tooling and available tools.

* Use of the most suitable techniques and materials for part production.

* Effective daily work management, reporting to the Group Leader and Team Leader.

Essential Competencies:

* 3 to 5 years of experience in the role.

* In-depth expertise and use of cutting and drilling tools for carbon fiber (grinders, drills, pen mills, etc.).

* Comprehensive knowledge of composite material production processes, particularly trimming and bonding phases.

* Knowledge of the use of abrasive pastes and silicones.

* Ability to install commercial inserts such as keenserts, olives, rivets, rivnuts, and helicoils on carbon fiber parts.

* Ability to read 2D drawings.

* Knowledge of using measuring instruments (calipers, comparators).
