Composite Production Engineer

🛠️ Your Role:

• Be the key interface between production and the design office, ensuring seamless collaboration. 🔗
• Optimize and enhance components by working closely with design and production teams.
• Provide technical guidance to departments, ensuring accurate information transfer for successful manufacturing. 🛠️
• Conduct material testing, maintain quality standards in composite part production, and make decisions on non-class A parts (e.g., inserts, foams, bodywork parts).
• Oversee manufacturing quality assurance as components transition into production. 🔍
• Drive efficient problem-solving processes and foster transparency across workflows.
• Support projects by contributing to the evolution and implementation of composite manufacturing strategies. 🚀

🎓 Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with high-performance composites, particularly autoclave-cured materials. 📚
• Proven expertise in composite manufacturing, with a strong understanding of various methods.
• Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA V6 preferred) and familiarity with standard tools like MS Office. 💻
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 📊
• A creative and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a shift-based work environment (early and night shifts).
• Fluent in German or English, with a commitment to learning basic proficiency in the other language. 🌍
