Our Client is set to compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

This exciting new team operates from two cutting-edge locations in Europe. Our Client's Motorsport Competence Center is one of the most modern facilities of its kind, renowned for its innovative technologies and passion for motorsport. The Power Unit will be developed at the Competence Center, while the factory will lead the development of the chassis and race operations.

Location: Europe (specific location details available upon application)

Your Mission:

• Play a hands-on role in the manufacture of advanced fibre composite parts for our F1 vehicles.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with design plans and quality specifications.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to assemble, bond, and prepare components for use on the race track.

Your Profile:

• A completed technical education or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably with an F1 team or supplier.
• Strong attention to detail, combined with a conscientious, efficient, and independent working style.
• Exceptional spatial awareness and the ability to think in three dimensions.
• Flexibility in working hours, including two-shift work and standby duties when required.
• Resilient, industrious, and a dedicated team player who thrives in high-pressure environments.
• Proactive, helpful, and capable of showing initiative.
• Professional proficiency in German or English, with a willingness to learn the other language.
