What you'll be doing:

• Play a key role in the production of high-performance composite parts for F1 vehicles. 🛠️
• Work closely with design specifications and quality standards to ensure excellence in every component. ✅
• Utilize a variety of materials and techniques to create composite parts that meet precise design requirements.
• Prepare molds, lay-ups, bagging, and curing processes for composite materials.
• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure that all parts meet the highest standards for accuracy and performance. 🔍
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to continually improve and streamline production processes.

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Composite Laminator in Motorsport. 🏁
• Strong knowledge of composite materials, tooling, and manufacturing techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. ⏱️
• Great team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
