Composite Fitter, Trimmer

Your Role

• Trim composite materials following detailed specifications and work instructions.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment to achieve precise cuts and high-quality finishes.
• Inspect trimmed components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Actively contribute to the manufacturing of fiber composite parts for our F1 vehicles.
• Perform tasks in line with design plans and quality specifications.
• Assemble components as part of a team, including bonding parts and preparing them for race track use.

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical education.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in composite trimming or a related field, ideally with an F1 team.
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment common to composite trimming operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions, with strong spatial awareness.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible with working hours, including two-shift operations and standby duty.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; proactive, resilient, and a self-starter.
• Professional proficiency in German or English, with a willingness to learn basic proficiency in the other language.
