Commissioning Manager

I have great opportunity for Commissioning Manager mechanical biased and project led minded for long term opportunity on offshore substation in Europe

Start: ASAP

Rotations: 14 days on/14 days off

Duration: Temp to Long Term contract

Key Objective: Oversee and finalize all Mechanical Completion activities, including documentation, certification, and resource coordination.

Key Tasks:

• Support the System Completions Team in verifying the electronic transfer of the engineering database and assigning check sheets for Mechanical Completion activities.
• Assist in defining check sheets for function testing (Pre-commissioning) activities.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team involved in Mechanical Completion, ensuring tasks are c
• mpleted on schedule and required documentation is submitted.
• Coordinate and resolve outstanding Mechanical Completion issues before client handover, distributing fault details to relevant parties.
• Oversee change management to ensure engineering and data document revisions are accurately and efficiently incorporated into the system.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for the Project Planning and Control team.Ensure compliance with Project QHSE Plans within assigned areas.
• Develop man-hour estimates and resource requirements for Mechanical Completion activities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of Mechanical Completion processes.
• Assist in preparing procedures for Onshore & Offshore Commissioning.
• Act as a liaison between Engineering and Construction/Assembly teams, ensuring proper process completion.
• Provide input for vendor attendance scheduling.
• Track and document Pre-Commissioning activities, maintaining the integrity of the Completions database.
• Participate in joint punch listing activities to verify Mechanical Completion of subsystems and designated areas.
• Ensure the accurate execution and documentation of Mechanical Completion activities.
• Engage in joint punch-out activities with Operations.
• Maintain a consolidated punch list for each subsystem, covering equipment suppliers, Mechanical Completion, and Commissioning items.

Required:

• Technical qualification or degree
• Offshore Certifications
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the position
