Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the multi-fuel power station project.
• Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
• Provide regular commercial reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, including financial, contractual, and operational risks.
• Support procurement activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company standards.
• Lead on claims management, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise closely with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in large-scale construction or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, particularly NEC, FIDIC, or similar forms.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of the energy or power station sector is highly desirable.
