Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization? We are seeking skilled professionals to set and operate CNC turning and milling machines, ensuring precision and quality in line with engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC machines following technical specifications and work instructions.
• Load tooling and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
• Conduct quality checks using measurement tools and take corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuous improvements.
• Maintain high standards of workplace organization and machine maintenance.
• Work flexibly across different machines and shifts as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in CNC Turning and Milling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with knowledge of geometric tolerancing.
• Competence in using various measurement tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality control.
• Experience in aerospace or similar industries is advantageous.
• Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.

Shift Pattern:

• 2-week rotating shifts, 37 hours per week.
• Early shift: Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm, Friday 6am-11am.
• Late shift: Monday to Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 11am-4pm.
