CNC Machinist

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to join an exciting Aerospace company? We are seeking skilled professionals to set and operate CNC turning and milling machines, ensuring precision and quality in line with engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate CNC machines following technical specifications and work instructions.
  • Load tooling and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
  • Conduct quality checks using measurement tools and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain high standards of workplace organisation and machine maintenance.
  • Work flexibly across different machines and shifts as required.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in CNC Turning and Milling operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with knowledge of geometric tolerancing.
  • Competence in using various measurement tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality control.
  • Experience in aerospace or similar industries is advantageous.
  • Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.


Shift Pattern:

  • 2-week rotating shifts, Early and Late shifts, 37 hours per week..
