Your Mission
As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will play a key role in producing critical components for the car. Your responsibilities include:

• Running and supervising the production of complex milled components, making adjustments, and optimizing processes.
• Operating cutting-edge 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls.
• Managing prototype, one-off, and small-series parts using advanced robot technology.
• Ensuring accuracy throughout the entire process, from material ordering to final inspections.
• Working in a 2-shift rotation with occasional weekend work to meet the demands of the high-paced Formula 1 environment.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic (or equivalent).
• Several years of experience with 5-axis machining and CAM programming (knowledge of hyperMILL, CATIA V5, or 3dX is a plus).
• Proficiency in Heidenhain control systems is highly advantageous.
• A strong eye for detail and precision, with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with high-tech materials and experience in Formula 1 or motorsport manufacturing is a bonus.
• A team player with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• Willing to work shifted hours and occasional weekends to support tight schedules.
• Fluent in either German or English.
