Your Mission:

• Lead the way in running and optimising complex milled components to ensure peak performance.
• Work on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with advanced control systems.
• Prioritize and manage the production of prototypes and small-series parts using cutting-edge robotic technology.
• Own the entire process: from material ordering to ensuring the accuracy of each workpiece.
• Operate within a dynamic, 2-shift system, occasionally requiring weekend work.

Your Profile:

• Completed professional training as a polymechanic or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with 5-axis machines and CAM systems such as hyperMILL, CATIA V5, or 3dX (preferred).
• Proficiency with Heidenhain control systems is a strong advantage.
• Passion for working with high-tech materials and innovative designs.
• You work with precision, independence, and are a true team player who thrives under pressure.
• Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours, including time-shifted operations.
• Prior experience in a Formula 1 environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in either German or English is required.
