About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Branch Manager to join a dynamic and growing import and distribution business based in Uxbridge. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for branch operations, customer relationships, team performance, and driving commercial success.

This position offers genuine career development opportunities, with a clear pathway for the right individual to grow into a Director-level role over time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including import logistics, stock control, and distribution

  • Lead, support, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service and performance

  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement branch growth strategies

  • Drive customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and timely service

  • Maintain excellent communication with suppliers and partners to support supply chain efficiency

  • Ensure the branch operates to high standards in presentation, discipline, and organisation

  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to expanding the client base

  • Promote new product lines and provide input on market trends and competitor activity


Key Requirements

  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution management

  • Strong customer service and team leadership skills

  • Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and communication abilities

  • A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail

  • IT literate - confident with Microsoft Office, Google tools, and open to learning new systems

  • Full UK driving licence
