BIM Lead

Project Location: Dublin, Ireland

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport or Visa for Ireland

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM team, offering guidance, support, and training as required.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and processes for projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines, conducting clash detection and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM into the design and construction phases.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with BIM best practices and industry standards across all projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related inquiries, collaborating with clients and project teams.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in BIM technology and contribute ideas for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or lead role.

• Proficient in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, methodologies, and workflows.
• Experience with MEP systems and the ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in BIM or project management are a plus.
