Apprenticeship Coach
SALARY - £36,400 + Benefits
Locations:

• East Anglia
• South East
• South West

The role:

• Ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators by arranging and attending scheduled visits, and completing all required documentation.
• Support, motivate, and coach learners throughout their apprenticeship program, ensuring timely completion of all components in accordance with awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
• Monitor and review learner's progress in line with customer expectations.
• Complete all required documentation to the correct standard and within agreed timelines.
• Provide portfolio-building advice and guidance to learners based on their program requirements.
• Effectively record, plan, and track individual learner progress in accordance with agreed paperwork and reporting processes.

What we need from you:

• Industry related qualification at minimum level 3.
• Minimum 5 year's experience in appropriate industry environment
• Stakeholder management

For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
