We're on the lookout for a Senior Suspension Design Engineer to join our high-performance team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading suspension design and development projects.
  • Creating suspension kinematic layouts, performing calculations, and validating designs.
  • Overseeing the manufacturing processes of suspension components, including welded assemblies and ADM additive manufacturing.
  • Developing conceptual and detailed designs of race suspensions, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess exceptional design skills and knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and materials.
  • Have extensive experience in motorsport parts layout and high-performance component design, particularly in areas like F1, WEC, WRC, DTM, GT3, or GT4.
  • Be proficient with CATIA V5, FEM, classical calculation methods, data management systems, and MS Office.
  • Demonstrate a responsible, analytical, and creative approach to work, with strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
